Fetching Weight from serial port, Weighting Scale.

It would be very nice to have a feature where in we fetch the weight automatically for the item from weighting scale. The weights are usually published over a serial port and is an awesome project

So when we add a product we shall have an option to fetch from scale connected serially over the port.
