[Feature request]: Eliminating Accordion in Cart and making Qty, Rate & UOM editable on the same row in different Columns

Describe the solution you'd like

Making the rate and quantity for each item added to the cart, editable directly in a single line without having to expand the accordion. The same thing should be done for the UOM column, let it be selectable on the same line i.e. Putting the textbox for rate and quantity on the same line and eliminating the accordion and also making it possible to select the UOM on the same line.
