安装虚拟环境venv报错

gradio和fastapi无法安装，似乎是版本更新导致的。 发生时间：2024年2月3日 对应版本：#44(支持ChatGLM3，版本升级) 操作系统：windows 10 22H2 复现步骤：运行setup_venv.bat 报错信息： `ERROR: Cannot install -r requirements.txt (line 12) and -r requirements.txt (line 6) because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.

The conflict is caused by: gradio 4.8.0 depends on pydantic>=2.0 fastapi 0.85.2 depends on pydantic!=1.7, !=1.7.1, !=1.7.2, !=1.7.3, !=1.8, !=1.8.1, <2.0.0 and >=1.6.2

To fix this you could try to:

1. loosen the range of package versions you've specified
2. remove package versions to allow pip attempt to solve the dependency conflict
