Add blur to semi-transparent windows (Feature Request)

Expected behavior Add a blurred background layer that sits behind the window to create a blurred background illusion.

• GNOME Shell version: 3.30.2
• Distribution: Zorin OS 15.3 (Core)
• Wayland or Xorg session: Xorg
• Base: Ubuntu 18.04 "Bionic Beaver"
