Weird that there are three expected to fail WPT tests timeouts and it only happens on gcc-6-3 and clang-3-9. @andrewsavage1 Do you happen to know what can be different for gcc-6-3 and clang-3-9 build?

I don't, you can try to run it locally via docker if you want to debug (though I'm not sure whether or not WPT actually work in docker)

Disable these three tests and enable wpt first while debugging in progress.
