Give the user the option to add a bookmark and a note at a certain point in the video.

Premise Yotube to date also contains a lot of informative content. And often you find yourself at a point in the video where someone needs to review it, or make a note.
For this reason it would be nice if you could bookmark a point in the video with a relative note. In the user's Home, as well as having their favorite videos, history, etc., add a '' bookmark '' item where the user can be redirected to the video and to the point where he added the note. a sort of ADVANCED FAVORITES function, obviously only available for Premium users.
uhm.. this is pretty much in place already.. simply end the url with &t=53 (where 53 is your point in video time in seconds)
or
you could just right click on the video and "copy url at current time" which will put it (url and time position) on clipboard to do whatever you like with. eg: https://youtu.be/qY0c_DByPb8?list=RDrYT01JSoKaQ with the addition of &t=53
becomes: https://youtu.be/qY0c_DByPb8?list=RDrYT01JSoKaQ&t=53
You will appreciate the difference
