How to send live stream to a Bound Broadcast from a webcam via browser?

I have created a broadcast event and got some thing like below.

Added Broadcast

New Broadcast published at 2017-07-17T13:10:52.000Z (3MuQf36P2I8)

Added Stream

New Stream (osuF9zzWh-_H-7YwObIC7w1500297052601308)

Bound Broadcast

Broadcast (3MuQf36P2I8) was bound to stream (osuF9zzWh-_H-7YwObIC7w1500297052601308).

How can i connect my webcam to this broadcast id to start live streaming via browser?
