Download Not Signed for OSX

I noticed that your binary isn't signed for OSX. I know apple has a path to getting a codesign certificate for free for nonprofits, which I linked below. Any chance we can get this codesigned? I'd be happy to help.

Do you know any temporary workaround, preferrably without higher permission?

Fee waivers are not available for:

  • ...
  • Individuals and sole proprietors/single person businesses

So this is probably not feasible for @yousseb , unless he's already par of a bigger nonprofit organisation.

Given this, would you consider accepting donations ? Not for features, but for getting this signed so that people with corporate Mac can benefit from it too . Thanks !

If this is not

While being signed would be nice, this is all you have to do: https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/open-a-mac-app-from-an-unidentified-developer-mh40616/mac

@dsbecker unfortunately that does not work for me. I'm on a corporate macOS and this feature is disabled

I'm sorry guys - I'm still working with Apple to fix some my apple developer account so that I can sign an app that isn't going to the AppStore with it. I'm just too busy lately but I will do it.

I'm going to say that if the app is ever signed, it needs to go through the "Notarization" step. Where I work, an unsigned binary can be opened with a workaround, but a signed binary without "Notarization" is completely blocked.
