Error in system binary was detected try refreshing the PC to fix the problem

We are running Windows 11, tried rebooting and then running "/sfc scannow". But can't convert using the ToolBox. Had to convert manually via the command line, using the console app from Ifcopenshell. Would be great if this could be resolved. Because the GUI looks amazing.
