Double quotes inside comments throws error

The comment structure being as follows:

<comment author="" text="" created=""/><field name="type">

if we have some text inside " ( double quotes ) on trello comments, youtrack responds with:

ParseError at [row,col]:[,] Message: Element type "comment" must be followed by either attribute specifications, ">" or "/>".
