1Blocker: custom rules can't be imported in v6

Seems like since 1Blocker version 6, your custom rules can't be imported anymore. Even if no custom rules exist already, or if previous custom rules have been deleted from 1Blocker prior importing the new ones.

It seems that 1Blocker 6.0+ has different syntax for custom rules: https://support.1blocker.com/en/articles/9313644-importing-exporting-custom-filters

The new file extension is .1b, so I need to convert rules to follow their syntax.

Sorry, it's not compatible with 1Blocker 6.0 yet. When it's available, the filename will be called as *.1b.
