Set visibility to Private, Workspace or Public

Hi, Even on the Free Plan (it's just me +1), we would like to have some shortcuts Private, others visible in the Workspace and yet others Public on the Internet. How can I achieve this? TIA, JohMut (greetings from Belgium)

Preferred Solution: Select Private, Workspace or Public instead of having Workspace as a Default and just a check box to make it Public.
