Running on Windows no Icons folder

No Icons folder with icons, only Cache folder. What should I do? What I did wrong? Should I be signed in thenounproject.com website? Is there something with HTML parser??

The nounscraper's website has been redesigned many times since this scraper was written, and won't work anymore pretty much at all. I should indicate such on the README.
