Freeze after trying to select a channel

Ok i can login using token but whenever i click UP or DOWN the console freeze. I am using a BOT to test

Hmm I haven't made any changes, and this doesn't happen on my 3ds, so this doesn't make sense as to why this would happen.

Are you on PC? you say click but do you mean press?

No on my N3ds i can connect/login and switch server but when i try to select channel using Up and Down button it freezes

this happens for me on servers with alot of channels 60+ usually
