Disable Ollama Origins

Setting up Ollama Origin does not work for me, since I use custom Ollama compatible API proxy..

Describe your idea

I use OpenAI and Ollama compatible API proxy.

Since I am not using Ollama locally, I don't need to run the following PowerShell command: $env:OLLAMA_ORIGINS="app://obsidian.md*"; ollama serve

Please add an option to disable forcing users to set the Ollama origin. Base URI should be enough as with other Ollama plugins for Obsidian.
