UI issue: Moving the Squid tab to the top and/or making it collapsible

What looks weird?

The UI is very nice, but I find the notch-like squid and save/delete buttons to be awkwardly located. Would it be possible to move them to the top and/or make it collapsable? I find that I only need to save/delete chats occasionaly and this takes up valuable reading space.
