New section - tools and templates

As a user, I want to have access to email templates to exercise my GDPR rights to modify and see my data from companies that have some of it.

We are creating a new section to present the extension and any available templates to cover the rest of the rights covered by GDPR

Maybe this should be two separate requierments? The goal of the templates is SEO. The goal of the tools is to explain the extensions.

We're already storing the Erasure request. It's easy to add the SAR.
