Save additional data to YDRRequests

Add the following data to YDRRequests:

• Request status changes (status + date):
• • Add a status field (list of maps) named statusHistory of the form [{DATE: STATUS}].
• Save the following information from the AWS confirmation lambda:
  • Request sent date
  • Reminder sent date
  • Escalation sent date
