Possibility to scrape already existing cards from a specific number

Hey, as ive already created all my revo cards manual before i found this help here, i wanted to ask if its possible to let the script know at which card it has to start scraping. The Scraper without genning first works perfectly fine but it always starts at position 1. After you dont get any more emails that is a pain in the a** to start all over again all the time. If there is another solution please let me know :D Thanks
