Yes, adding a new attribute `#[pystruct()]` pytraverse is only used for GC, so not here.
Unfortunately, it now runs but still tm_gmtoff is not accessible.
You can set --target when running cargo command. By the way, VS and VS build tools have different license. You only need to install build tools
non-wasi wasm32 target is supported. no_std is not supported in any platform
