KS+ title/subtitle animations should persist past the current room, until a new title/subtitle is encountered

e.g. if you leave the room while a title is showing it should still be showing in the next room

It's a bug, but a minor one, and not easy to fix. Title label is per-area, if I make it per-game, I need to manage its position, etc.. Only when the turn comes.
