Debug Mode

Add a debug mode. This could be useful for both debugging YKnytt, and debugging a level being created. Some potential features:

• Fly mode
• Juni Trail: A trail or path behind Juni to see her path when moving around
• Give / Take items

Original Knytt Stories had a cheat combination that allowed you to teleport anywhere on the screen. (more info here). Perhaps that could be re-added into YKnytt as well, at the very least? This may be a good enough substitution for the "fly mode", although trail and giving/taking away items would come in handy too.

vandervast, thank you for the message! Fly mode is implemented. It is enabled by Ctrl+F4 on desktops. On mobiles you can open console by pressing down + info + jump simultaneously, and typing idclip (idclip off turns it off) You can give and take items from the console too, this is set command Key for the console on desktops is ` Trail is not implemented (and I doubt that it will be)

Trail mode is actually something I intend to implement sooner rather than later, as I work on more debugging style features. I actually think the teleport mode linked here would be quite handy, adding a mode with the space for invincibility and right click teleporting.
