support for ES index with routing

the replication will fail if a routing parameter is enabled on the target ES index see https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/mapping-routing-field.html

Is the support for routing in the roadmap? should I send a pull request? somewhat related is this pull request: Support parent-child relationship #25 however, routing can be enabled without parent-child.
