Bug: No Range for socketed Rainbow Facets

I have a perfect cold rainbow facet which I've socketed into a 14/14/13 Ormus' Robes (cold skill dmg 14). the cold skill damage range of the socketed item is correctly updated from max 15 to max 20. the malus on enemy resistances though has no range displayed even though it should be 3-5.

furthermore the rainbow facet should be counted to the perfect grail but it isn't
