Just wanted to let you know that I built a framework a number of years back that tried to use no JavaScript and see how far I could push html + CSS.

It has working and styled models, accordians etc.

@mildrenben could you post more details on the components you want us to add? I had a brief look it looks like a normal css lib. Screenshots or gifs would be great.
