Creating a carousel(slider) using CSS Can i get this assigned under hacktober fest and gssoc-ext label

Hi there. Can I get this issue assigned to me please? Will finish this in a separated file called as carousel.html without causing a conflict. Please let me know if it can be assigned to me.
