Add description text in lock screen

Describe your suggested feature

Some sources like Spotlight and NASA APOD has description in their images, if possible, this description would show in the lock screen so if you're interested you could check it and learn about the image.

Also a second request, this works best in a carousel type of lock screen that every certain amount of time change the picture so you get a variety of images and fact during the day, will be much appreciated to cache this while on WiFi so I don't eat my data plan.
