Sometimes files aren't served

After a bit of testing I've found that some files aren't served at all. Sometimes they're served once and then not again. This broke the server that I was trying to use it on. I wonder now if the 2x improvement over NGinx is because it's serving empty files.

Please include some tests to make sure it's actually achieving the throughput you claim.

Also, please indicate if this is a toy project or something that is actually meant to be used.
