There are lots of black dots on the generate filter visualization

@yosinski I tried to just USE one regularization (e.g., clip pixels with small norm) without any decay, blur regularization. In theory, we are making those small values to be 0. Isn't this will generate images with many black dots (like noise). How can the workshop paper figure.3 does not show this? (For example, third row).

Below is the image I generate from Gorilla with only using regularization of clipping pixels with small norm (10% percentile).
