Missing instructions on how to install IPA files

The README doesn't seem to have any instructions on what to do with the pre-built IPA files: https://github.com/yoshisuga/MAME4iOS/releases

This information would be really helpful for people who don't want to mess around with building from source.

I don't think it should be in the releases page.

Maybe a canonical page of instructions could be linked in the main readme, after the link to the IPAs itself.

I don't think it should be necessary to include full sideloading instructions in each package that provides IPAs but linking to a canonical source would be nice. I like Provenance's but it's Provenance's. If there's a better, generic one then much better.

I checked /r/sideloaded's instructions and they were last revised 6 years ago :-|
