Bot uses discord ID, not server nickname

When rolling, the bot replies with "<Discord username> rolled some dice." Instead of "<Server nickname> rolled some dice." This can cause confusion on servers where people are using their character names as nicknames

This is partly intentional, as Discord.Net has a hissifit if you try to read the nickname of a user that has no nickname, but I can find a workaround for it. Labeling as a new feature
