!character command issues

I am loving the Wayfinder sheet and discord bot! However, one of my friends is having a rough time using the !character command. He is able to successfully import his character, but the !character command always gives him the following error message:

I read a similar thread that seemed to indicate certain fields, especially custom skills, causes this. But he tried creating a new sheet that had nothing but a character name on it and nothing else, and the issue persists. He is able to do everything else, roll skills, strikes, saves... just not able to use !character. I sent him my character to try as mine works fine, still the same issue. He tried using different devices, different emails.... no luck. He is the only one of the 5 of us with this issue.

I had him send his character to be to upload and attempt, and i receive this message from trying to use the !character command with his uploaded character:

error-A

Any reason why this would only be happening to his sheet? Any ideas how we can troubleshoot and fix this? Thank you for any feedback!

Update, progress made!

We figured out the second issue box, the "Click here" issue and bypassed that.

So if I send him my current character Faetma to upload, he can use !character for Faetma no problem.

If he sends me Rut, the character he is not able to !character, I can download and do it without changing anything at all.

I downloaded the version of Rut working for me, sent to him, same issue. Error with !character. So it works for one person, but not another. and we have no idea why.

I believe I have found a solution for this issue.

You need to click Configure at the very top of the screen, this button brings up all of the stats for your character. Make a change here and revert it, just to trigger a save. Your sheet should be loading now in Discord.

I have had a 100% success rate with this method and a 100% failure rate with characters for which I've only edited individual cards without ever opening the Configure dialog.
