Having trouble with "smart dash"

I'm using Emacs 24.3 (http://emacsformacosx.com/), OS X 10.9.4 (smart dash, quote is off), org-octopress 20140106.1640.

I'm having trouble when opening file from "summary table". If file's path contains multiple successive "-", it is automatically transformed to "–" (2) or "—" (3), and it blocks to open correct file.
