You could try Apps from Activision Blizzard like Wow Companion, Hearthstone or Battle.net. Niantic games like Ingress also rely on Unity.
An on-device analysis would help to cover paid apps. Since user scans can't be trusted, maybe you could add a tag online to mark user scanned results as not trusted...
IMHO this should include the device you run it on. Applications are gated behind device features and regions so if exodus fails to download we might fm figure out why...

YT will remove the account and restore the channel to its owner but Newpipe can protect the user against scam content.
Patch 10.0 is on the PTR so you can check the lua side of things without content. A lot of stuff is broken by the new expansion
