Change it from `EmbedStructure` to `ReplyOptions` to support `content` as well. This would be useful in telling the user extra arguments
enables the user to send in feature requests or make bug reports.
A leveling up system, will figure out the formula for it later
usage: filter=uta or filter="uta", or filter="yami no uta" will return beatmaps with title that include whatever is inside of filter. applicable on: /top /recent and /recentbest
maybe a thing where it shows the user's most upvoted comments?
Give users the ability to report bugs, give feedback etc.
