Add trash support for non-home partitions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, there is only trash support for the home partition. when deleting on anything else, the only option is to fully delete it.

Describe the solution you'd like Instead of fully deleting the file, it should be placed in [mount point]/.Trash-[uid]/ for linux, [mount point]/.Trashes/[uid]/ for MacOS, and I don't know how Windows does it.
