Scrolling in File Preview Panel is not supported

Bug Description When trying to scroll the content of the preview window using the mouse wheel or the touchpad, the pointer of the file pan scrolls instead

Expected Behaviour scrolling through the previewed content

@rami-shalhoub The file preview panel is not scrollable as of now.

When you were scrolling, file panel was the focussed panel, not file preview panel. There is no way right now to focus to file preview panel and scroll there.
