Windows 10?/11 Ctrl+d does not delete file or move it to the trash
On Windows 11, maybe 10, using Windows Terminal and PowerShell 7.x.
Use Ctrl+d to delete a file.
Progress shows 100%
File does not move to "trash" recycle and it is not removed from the list. Nothing appears to happen.
From reading the very nice docs and everything it seems like it should "delete" the file. Thanks for taking a look.
