The GitBook link is broken:

As per the introduction:

Easier to read HTML, PDF, MOBI and EPUB versions are available on GitBook.

The link redirects to a generic landing page.

As per the above, it would be nice to be able to download the user manual as a single file PDF.

How do we generate the pdf version from the files here?
