Not sure if my observations are related to this already-open issue, but I am finding it impossible to enter my latitudes/longitudes in the BIM Project Setup dialog. I cannot change the "E" to "W" (nor the "N" to "S" for that matter). I've tried entering negative numbers or typing over the N/E, but no luck.

Also the latitude box allows inputting a latitude greater than 90 degrees, which doesn't make sense. In the long run it would be nice to use a "global positioning widget" that allows inputting various types of coordinates, or using OpenStreetMap to choose a location from a map.

Also it's not clear if "Declination" is supposed to be the Magnetic Declination, Solar Declination, or something else.

Also the tab order of input fields in the BIM Project Setup dialog is erratic.
