Keep it only in the subtypes that actually use them (?)
usecase - modifying environment types for zquery/zio-test gen - catching and handling errors in `F` context (?) - or something specific? (mapK on proof... does it make sense?)
support nonempty collections in zio/cats, support scala 2.12-, etc.
See if it's possible to avoid allocating so many tuples.
