Add possibility to transfer files concurrently

The count of concurrent transfers can be set in the settings pane. Default is 1 like before.

Hello @tolyadouble , no feedback till now. Have open pull request on remote-sync-pro too but both projects seems very unmaintained. Used my own fork with this feature on daily basis with sftp and dident discover any new bugs.
