Can't change tagfile location

As written in Ctags documentation, you can change the location by adding argument -f tagfile. (I can't let the tag file to the root of my project).

However, when I try to do this by adding this in Cmd Args, it doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong or is this a real bug ? Thank you !
