Clarify optimized lists

Hi it is unclear what should be enabled for the optimized setup. This is what I have. It is it correct?

• You need to keep the uBlock filters category enabled (all 5 lists).
• You also need to keep the Online Malicious URL Blocklist (if you think you need it) and Peter Lowe's Ad and tracking server list.
• Remove EasyPrivacy (Optimized), as it's not that good. Instead, use the normal EasyPrivacy list, or in your case, only AdGuard Tracking Protection filter (Optimized).

I guess I do need to go in and make this more clear in the Optimized section.
