Disable Block Disguised Third-Party Trackers

You can see in their github that the list of domains hasn't been updated for years. This list also contains some referral domains not unblocked by Allow Affiliate & Tracking Links. In my option it is better to disable this is since it is outdated and cname gets blocked by default in nextdns even with this list disabled anyway.
