No files when mounting Dropbox

Hello,

I recently purchased a new laptop (ASUS Chromebook) and tried mounting File System for Dropbox, however I kept getting the error "Failed to Mount" that was covered in depth in another thread. Today I updated my Chromebook (version 81.0.4044.103), tried downloading and mounting Dropbox again, and it was a success!

However, when I view my Dropbox account, none of my team's files show. As a reference, my old laptop was a Dell on which I installed the Dropbox app and was able to view all of my dropbox files and folders as if it were a normal folder on my computer; much like Google Drive is on this new Chromebook.

If I remember correctly there was some kind of "sync offline files" setting or something like that on the other laptop, but I don't see a feature like that on this. Is there a way to show my Dropbox files with this Chrome app?

Thank you!

Following up with info that I saw on another thread: we use a Dropbox Business account for our team. Is it possible that the files aren't showing because it's a business account and not a personal account?
