Not all dialog boxes include Dropbox

All in all, this app works well and it is much appreciated. However, some dialog boxes do not include the Dropbox paths. Here is a "save image" dialog from within Chrome browser: image

Why does it work some places but not others?

Following up. I have a chrome box and file manager mounted and I cannot access my dropbox in any "save as" dialog box. My screen is near identical to the poster above.
