Ah, good catch, may be fixed in Mapnik 3.0 so, good news.

cf #284 now fixed, will take a bit of time for all tiles to be update. I'll post an update when it's supposed to be.

Kosmtik itself does not install protozero. I guess it's Mapnik itself, so maybe we are not up to date (but afaik latest release is 3.6.2), or maybe this warning should...

As said in IRC (but I put it here for the record), I think the easiest option is to set the `KOSMTIK_CONFIGPATH` env var to be inside the kosmtik code...
