radiation protection doesn’t work at all

Description: Happened in two separate rounds, both instances I was in the reactor core pool tossing control rods and inserting them. First round I was wearing a rad suit the entire time I was exposed to any radiation, but still got insanely radiated, and in the second round the same thing happened apart from me being in an engineering hardsuit this time.
