fishing rod sprite issues

Short Description

overlays for bait and fishing alerts stay/go at the wrong times

Reproduction

• Put a bait on the fishing rod. Wield it with two hands. Unwield it. Bait is off the sprite. Only happens the first time you do it, if you replace the bait it shows correctly on that rod from then on.
• Catch something, drop the rod and the ! symbol still shows on the rod:

Additional information

As a side note, it would be nice to add an extra description "It has a journeyman bait attached." for example, if whoever fixes this wants to do that :)
